SAFE is in Dillingham, Alaska, USA, and is Bristol Bay's shelter, prevention, and advocacy agency for domestic violence and sexual assault victims. Dillingham (2400 people) is a hub for dozens of surrounding villages in Bristol Bay, and SAFE has a geographic service area the size of Ohio.
