SAFE is in Dillingham, Alaska, USA, and is Bristol Bay's shelter, prevention, and advocacy agency for domestic violence and sexual assault victims. Dillingham (2400 people) is a hub for dozens of surrounding villages in Bristol Bay, and SAFE has a geographic service area  the size of Ohio.

Dr. Jeremy Braithwaite presented his thesis November 15-17, 2016, at SAFE.  Jeremy's thesis was based on interviews with adult survivors of sexual violence in Bristol Bay.

The mission of SAFE is to provide individual and system advocacy that prevents, reduces, and eliminates interpersonal violence in Bristol Bay Alaska.

 8th Annual​​ Spring Auction

Thank you to all who Attended, Donated, Volunteered, Bid, or otherwise supported SAFE and its services through the Auction. It raised $33,000 to help survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.

 SAFE's Board of Directors invites the public to attend monthly board meetings in SAFE's SISTR Room. The next meeting is on May 8 at 5:30 pm.
